Hillary’s numbers are sinking lower and lower. A primary challenge from both the left and the center is becoming more and more likely. Jim Webb is to the center what Elizabeth Warren is to the left. He’s been stirring the speculation that he’ll run for president in 2016. Personally, I’m hoping he does. And Warren, and O’Malley, and Biden, and Gillibrand, and Klobuchar, and Cuomo, and Reid, and every other democrat in the country. If Hillary comes out of the primary season bruised and battered, all the better for us in the general election. If she has a cakewalk primary, she’ll have a cakewalk general election. I’m hoping both Warren and Webb can attack Hillary in the primary, and drag out the democratic primary in the same way that the republican primary was in 2012.
I’m also hoping that Bernie Sanders runs for president as an independent, well to Hillary’s left, and picks off enough far-left votes in swing states to keep Hillary out, and maybe even steal her electoral votes in Vermont!
